Can't access LIFT?
Please note there are three key steps that must be completed before you can gain access to your child's records in LIFT
1. Complete and return to your service the necessary hard copy permission forms. Your child's teacher will provide these to you in your child's bag or via email.
2. Register online. This is where you will provide us with the necessary security identification information and you can set up your own private login email and password. After receiving your registration, the LIFT team will forward your request to your service for processing. We ask that you allow at least 24hours for us to process this task.
3. Using your completed permission form, your teacher will process access to your service. The processing time for this task will vary from service to service and we ask that you seek the advice your child's teacher as to how long it will take to for them to process.
Please note that all three steps must be completed before access can be granted.
