Use this form to duplicate as many records as you like.  You can customise each entry to each individual child. 

Please note if your "group" observation is not duplicating correctly, it is most likely because your original observation has line breaks or characters like "&" not accepted in LIFT.  Sometimes this is immediately evident if the system has copied a line break field "<br>".  Please edit your original observation to remove these before retrying the duplication.
