To print out your Quality Improvement Plan (QIP),  follow these steps:

1. Printing your site summary information (The first section of your QIP)

2. Printing each of your quality areas.

Updating your QIP in parts helps services keep green!

It is important to avoid unneccessary re-printing of your plan.  If you need to update any aspect of your hard copy plan, you can easily do this by printing out only the part of the report you require!
