Gaining Access to your child's records

In order to protect the privacy of family and child informaiton, Early Childhood Services are responsible for linking and managing the information (including child and parent records) held by their service.  Raise Learning will not modify Service records on their behalf.    Please contact your service first to ensure that your information has been correctly updated.  If a problem persists, please contact that your service who can log a Service level request for assistance on your behalf.

  • IE version 8
  • Firefox 3.5 or higher
  • Safari* 4.0 or higher
  • Chrome 4.0 or higher
Note that 'Mobile Safari' does not currently support uploading of files (eg. images)

Supported Platforms

Both Windows and Macintosh platforms are supported.

Session Cookies

LIFT does not place tracking cookies on your system. Session cookies are used to manage your current session and are removed from your system when you sign out or close your browser window 


LIFT requires the use of JavaScript. Some high-security utilities and firewalls disable JavaScript. Either re-enable JavaScript or temporarily disable the utility while working with LIFT. Keep in mind that LIFT is secure and SSL compliant, so all account activity and data transfer is encrypted.
